Manage your PastePrompt billing.

Pro Monthly and Pro Annual customers can manage payment details, invoices, and renewal cancellation through Stripe Customer Portal. Founder Lifetime is a one-time purchase and does not create a recurring subscription.

What you can manage

What cancellation means

Cancelling a Pro subscription stops future renewals. Your current signed license file remains valid until the expiry date shown in the license email and in PastePrompt Settings > License.

After expiry, PastePrompt falls back to Free mode. Local exported bundles remain ordinary files on your Mac.

How to cancel a Pro subscription

Use the same email address you used at checkout. Do not send license files, source code, repository paths, or client-confidential material when asking for billing help.

  1. Open the billing portal from this page or from PastePrompt Settings > License.
  2. Verify your checkout email if Stripe asks for a one-time code.
  3. Open your active PastePrompt Pro subscription.
  4. Choose the cancellation option and confirm the renewal change.
  5. Keep your license email. It shows the current license expiry date.

Plan notes

PastePrompt uses one public macOS app download. Paid features are unlocked locally with a signed personal license file.

Need billing help?

Include the checkout email, plan, and Stripe subscription ID if you have it. Do not include source code, secrets, generated bundles, or private client material.
