Simple pricing for serious context workflows.

PastePrompt is currently macOS-first. Start free, buy a limited Founder Lifetime license during launch, or use Pro for repeatable audit context workflows across large local repositories.

Purchases use hosted checkout links. After webhook automation is configured, signed license files are emailed to the buyer address automatically.

One public DMG is used for all plans. Founder and Pro access are unlocked by a signed personal license file that PastePrompt verifies locally.

Compare Plans

The plan split is about workflow depth, not cloud access. PastePrompt remains a local app for building reproducible bundles that you choose to copy or export.

Pricing FAQ

Conservative answers for launch buyers. Commercial terms should be clear before checkout, and paid access is unlocked with a signed license file.

Can I use it without paying?

Yes. The Free plan is intended to let you select a local repo, inspect files, preview content, estimate basic token counts, and copy basic XML/Markdown context up to the 64k selected-token limit. Paid plans unlock the repeatable audit workflows.

Is the founder license really lifetime?

Founder Lifetime is the launch offer, but the exact scope is defined in the purchase terms: covered app versions, updates, transfer rules, support, and any limits. Do not assume rights beyond the written terms at purchase time.

Do you upload my code?

PastePrompt is designed as a local-first macOS app. V1 does not require uploading repository contents to build context bundles. You decide where to paste or export the bundle after reviewing it and running the local secret scanner.

Can I expense this?

Use your company policy for expensing professional software. Contact support before purchase if you need a specific invoice format.

Does pricing include LLM usage?

No. PastePrompt packages local code context for the LLM tools you already use. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Codex, Cursor, API tokens, and model subscriptions are separate.

Does PastePrompt include ChatGPT/Claude/API access?

No. PastePrompt is a bring-your-own-LLM workflow tool. It prepares context bundles that you can copy or export into compatible LLM products.

How do I cancel Pro?

Use the billing portal to cancel future renewal for Pro Monthly or Pro Annual. Your current license remains valid until the expiry date shown in the license email and in PastePrompt Settings > License.

Can teams buy licenses?

Small teams and consultancies can start with individual licenses. Team purchasing can be handled manually during launch.

Can I get an invoice?

Stripe receipts are sent to the checkout email. Contact support if you need additional invoice details, and include the billing name, email, country, and any required tax or company details.

What happens if my license expires?

Free features remain available. Pro feature access, updates, and support follow the active subscription and final license implementation. Local exports you already created remain ordinary files on your machine.

Can I share the DMG or license file?

The DMG is a public app download and may be shared. Paid access is controlled by a signed personal license file issued to the buyer email. Do not share, publish, resell, or commit the license file. The initial offline-license flow does not enforce a device activation count.

Package audit context without moving source code into a SaaS workflow.

Download the macOS app, review the local workflow, then choose the license that fits your audit and code review cadence.
