This refund page explains how refund requests are handled for PastePrompt purchases.

Plain-language policy

This page summarizes the current PastePrompt policy in plain language. It is not legal advice; if formal contract terms apply to your purchase or organization, those written terms control.

Refund policy status

During launch, refund requests are handled manually through support. If PastePrompt does not work for your setup, contact support within 14 days of purchase with your order details and a short explanation.

Founder Lifetime refunds

Founder Lifetime is a limited launch offer. Refund requests made within 14 days are reviewed manually. Refunds may be denied for abuse, chargeback fraud, or circumstances where applicable law or payment-provider rules require a different process.

Pro subscription refunds

Pro subscription refunds, cancellations, and renewal handling follow the active payment provider flow and written subscription terms. Contact support before purchase if your organization needs specific cancellation or procurement terms.

How to request a refund

Contact roberreigada@gmail.com with the email used for purchase, order or invoice identifier if available, app version, plan, purchase date, and a short explanation. Do not send source code or generated context bundles with refund requests.

Invoice and payment provider notes

Invoices, receipts, VAT or sales-tax handling, payment method updates, and chargebacks may be handled by Stripe or another configured payment provider, with support handling edge cases manually when needed. Keep receipts and purchase emails for support requests.

Public release caveat

Release software can change quickly. If a purchase includes special refund rights, support expectations, or update windows, those written purchase terms control.
